RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The study undertakes a socio-economic feasibility analysis concerning public transport services in Oman. It reveals that while the majority does not feel the need for public transport, others report bad quality of service for not using public transport regularly. The study also develops cross-comparisons the findings along key demographic variables and recommends a number of steps and considerations of certain peripheral and key issues for promoting public transport
