LRFD Metal Loss and Service-Life Strength Reduction Factors for Metal-Reinforced Systems
This report presents the findings of research conducted to develop metal loss models for metal-reinforced systems that are compatible with the AASHTO "LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) Bridge Design Specifications." The report will be of immediate interest to engineers in state highway agencies and industry with responsibility for the construction and maintenance of bridges and structures, with particular emphasis on mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls.
