Erste Mobilitaetszentrale mit internationalem Angebotsprofil - Konstanz: Modell fuer Verkehrstraeger uebergreifende Kundeninformation / First central service meeting point for mobility with international profile

15 Jahre nach der ersten Idee fuer eine Mobilitaetsberatung in Konstanz geht im Juni 2010 die erste Mobilitaetszentrale in Betrieb, die Angebote deutscher und schweizerischer Verkehrsunternehmen vereint. Zunaechst waren viele Jahre ehrenamtlichen Engagements noetig, um schlussendlich mit einer Vielzahl von Partnern federfuehrend von der Stadtverwaltung Konstanz zu einem guten Ergebnis zu kommen. Nach der Eroeffnung der Mobilitaetszentrale wird es daher darum gehen, die innere Organisation zu optimieren, sodass das Fernziel einer integrierten Dienstleistung gewaehrleistet wird. Weiterhin wird es darum gehen, ob das Konzept rund um den Bodensee fortgefuehrt werden kann. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: 15 years after the first idea of a mobility consulting unit in Constance the first central service meeting point for mobility with product offers from German and Swiss public transport companies will be put into service in June 2010. The idea was first proposed by a group of people working in honorary commitment. After a few years and leaded by the city council of Constance the idea was implemented with a !arge number of partner companies. Right after the opening of the central service meeting point for mobility the main challenge will be to optimise the inner organisation. The aim is a fully integrated service in the near future. Further on the concept might be spread to other cities around Lake Constance. (A)
