TRIANGULAR FINITE ELEMENTS AND THE HYBRID STRESS MODEL

The purpose of this note is to present an application of the hybrid stress model in the framework of linear theory of elastic plates with particular reference to out of plane bending and furthermore to demonstrate with numerical results the accuracy of the procedure proposed for use in the solution of ship structural problems.
