Growing Wealthier: Smart Growth, Climate Change and Prosperity
This paper describes the economic benefits of utilizing smart growth policies in this country. The authors relate information regarding the relationships among vehicle miles of travel, climate change and smart growth. They question the assumption that greater vehicle miles of travel equates to wealthier individuals; and note that this is an erroneous assumption.
