Strategiemanagement als uebergeordnete Komponente des Verkehrsmanagements in Stuttgart / Strategy management as superior component of the traffic management in Stuttgart

Die Hauptaufgabe eines modernen Strategiemanagements ist das Erkennen systemuebergreifender Ereignisse, um mithilfe abgestimmter Massnahmen beziehungsweise Reaktionen automatisch oder halb automatisch mit Operatoreneingriff auf die verschiedensten Subsysteme einer Verkehrsmanagementzentrale einzuwirken. Hierdurch werden die Aktionen der Subsysteme aufeinander abgestimmt und der optimale Wirkungsgrad mit der vorhandenen Infrastruktur erreicht. In der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart wird das entwickelte Strategiemanagement erfolgreich als uebergeordnete Komponente eingesetzt. Ein Erfahrungsbericht am Beispiel der vorhandenen Netzbeeinflussungsanlage "Bundesautobahn (BAB) A 81/ Bundesstrasse (B) B 10 / B 295" stellt einen erfolgreichen Anwendungsfall des Strategiemanagements dar. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The major task of a modern strategy management application is identifying fundamental events and reacting to these events with coordinated actions. These actions are triggered either automatically or through manual confirmation by the operator. The purpose of these actions is to influence subsystems of a traffic management center. In this way the various actions carried out by the different subsystems are coordinated and the degree of efficiency optimized in the framework of the available infrastructure. Strategy management is used successfully as the superior component of the traffic management center in Stuttgart. A field report conducted for the route guidance system "BAB A 81/B 10/B 295" represents a successful example of the strategy management application. (A)
