ADEQUATE LIGHTING FOR THE HIGHWAYS IS DISCUSSED, INCLUDING SOME OF THE NEW STANDARDS OF CANDLE POWER, MAST HEIGHTS, AND SPACING. GLARE CONTROL IS DISCUSSED.
