PLASTICS LAYER PROTECTS ROAD FROM FROST

AFTER ONLY A FEW SECONDS THE COMPONENTS REACT AND SWELL TO THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY, THUS PRODUCING A SEAM FREE AND LEVEL UPPER SURFACE. THE MACHINE PRODUCES AN UNBROKEN INSULATING LAYER 3 CM THICK AT A RATE OF ABOUT 6 CUBIC METERS PER MINUTE. SINCE ABOUT 20 CUBIC METERS OF POLYURETHANE FOAM ARE PRODUCED FROM ABOUT 1 CUBIC METER OF THE BASIC COMPONENTS THE SPACE REQUIRED FOR TRANSPORT CAN BE REDUCED TO ABOUT 5 PER CENT OF THAT REQUIRED FOR THE READY MADE SHEETS WITH A CORRESPONDING REDUCTION IN COSTS. /AUTHOR/
