THE AIM OF THE RESEARCH IS TO DETERMINE CUTTING FORCE REDISTRIBUTIONS IN REINFORCED CONCRETE SLABS AS A RESULT OF CREEP IN THE CRACKED CONDITION 2 BY MEANS OF A FINITE ELEMENT METHOD, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN AND REINFORCEMENT FOR USE IN PRACTICE. CONSIDERATION IS TO BE GIVEN TO THE BREAKDOWN OF COERCIVE CUTTING FORCES CAUSED BY TIME-DEPENDENT BEHAVIOUR, AND THE INTERACTION OF CREEP AND CRACKING.
