APART FROM STABILISED ROADBASES ACCORDING TO THE TVT SPECIFICATION, MATERIALS EXIST WHICH THEMSELVES HAVE A SLOW STABILISING ACTION, SUCH AS AGGREGATES MADE OF BLAST FURNACE SLAG. BECAUSE OF THESE STRUCTURAL DIFFERENCES THE DEFORMATION BEHAVIOUR OF THE VARIOUS LAYERS DIFFERS. A STUDY IS TO BE MADE TO SEE WHETHER, WHEN REACTIONS OCCUR, THE INITIAL COMPOSITION REMAINS THE SAME, I.E. ONE CAN RECKON ON UNCHANGED MECHANICAL PROPERTIES, OR WHETHER STRUCTURAL CHANGES OCCUR THROUGH CRACKING OR SPALLING AND DIFFERENT CONDITIONS HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED. ALL THE STUDY DATA WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED ARE TO BE PROCESSED AND EVALUATED.
