WHERE A TEST WITH A ALCOTEST-TEST PIPE PROVES POSITIVE, THE DRIVER INVOLVED IS SUBJECTED TO A BREATHALYSER TEST. THE PENALTIES INVOLVED ARE IMPRISONMENT UP TO 6 MONTHS, FINES FROM 100$ TO 1000$ AND DRIVING BANS OR WITHDRAWAL OF DRIVING LICENCE FOR A MINIMUM OF THREE MONTHS.
