EXPERIMENTAL SIMULATOR FOR THE MANEUVERING OF SURFACE SHIPS
The simulator consists of a wheelhouse having a wheel, a rudder angle indicator and a compass, an analog computer and a point light source projector. The simulators performance was evaluated by professional ship-officers, and pilots and used for several investigations, including the transfer functions of helmsmen and training studies.
