RE-EDUCATION OF ADOLESCENT, RECENTLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS - MODEL TEST IN BIELEFELD-QUELLE

16 RE-EDUCATION COURSES FOR ADOLESCENT, RECENTLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS WERE CONDUCTED IN BIELEFELD-QUELLE AS PART OF A MODEL TEST CARRIED OUT BY THE BUNDESANSTALT FUER STRASSENWESEN. GUIDANCE FOR THE MODERATORS OF THE COURSE WAS PROVIDED BY A HANDBOOK DEVELOPED BY THE BAST AND THE ADAC. THE RE-EDUCATION LASTED FOR A TOTAL OF 14 TWO-HOUR PERIODS (10 FOR THEORY AND 4 FOR PRACTICE). THE COURSES TOOK THE FORM OF GROUP DISCUSSIONS, AND THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MODERATOR WERE KEPT IN THE BACKGROUND. THE FOLLOWING FORMED PART OF THE COURSE: GROUP EDUCATION, SPECIFIC RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ADOLESCENTS AND BEGINNERS, PSYCHOLOGY OF CAR DRIVING, ROAD TRAFFIC AS A SOCIAL INTERACTION, ACCIDENT AVOIDANCE, PRACTICAL DRIVING. INTERVIEWS WITH THE PARTICIPANTS INDICATED THAT IN ALL THE COURSES HAD BEEN POSITIVELY RECEIVED.
