THE CURRENT DESIGN SPECIFICATION (DIN 1073) IS PARTLY BASED ONLY ON ASSUMPTIONS AND THEORETICAL STUDIES OF THE MAGNITUDE OF THE TRAFFIC LOADING AND THE COLLECTIVE LOADS WHICH OCCUR IN THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. IN THIS PART OF THE PROJECT CONCRETE DATA ARE TO BE OBTAINED THROUGH MEASUREMENTS OF THE TRAFFIC LOADS WHICH ACTUALLY OCCUR AND THE RESULTING LOAD COLLECTIVES IN THE STIFFENING MATERIALS.
