EXPERIMENTAL PSYCHOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF AN ANTIHYPERTONIC

A STUDY IS TO BE MADE TO SEE WHETHER THE DRIVING-RELATED CAPABILITIES OF WELL-ADJUSTED HYPERTONICS ARE IMPAIRED BY DRUGS. A GROUP OF HYPERTONICS WAS TREATED WITH A PREPARATION OVER A FAIRLY LONG PERIOD, AND WELL-ADJUSTED. THE DRIVING CAPABILITIES OF THIS TEST GROUP ARE BEING COMPARED WITH THOSE OF A CONTROL GROUP OF NORMOTONICS NOT BEING GIVEN DRUGS. SEX, AGE AND INTELLIGENCE OF THE TEST AND THE CONTROL GROUP ARE SIMILAR.
