IT WAS FOUND IN PRELIMINARY TESTS THAT RAPID-HARDENING CEMENT CONSTITUENTS ASSOCIATED WITH PLASTIC MATERIALS AND/OR PLASTIC DISPERSIONS AND CHEMICAL ADDITIVES, MIXED WITH AGGREGATES, RESULT IN A MATERIAL WHICH CAN BE TRAFFICKED AFTER TWO TO FOUR HOURS, HAS GOOD ADHESION TO CONCRETE AND BLACK-TOP SURFACINGS, AND HAS AN ADJUSTABLE MODULUS OF ELASTICITY. THE BINDERS FOUND AND THE MATERIAL PRODUCED WITH THEM ARE TO BE OPTIMISED FOR PRACTICAL APPLICATION.
