AT THE SAME TIME A QUANTITATIVE STATEMENT IS TO BE MADE ON EXCESSIVE REINFORCEMENT IN THE OTHER AREAS. AN EXAMINATION OF THE EFFECT OF CREEP DEFORMATION AND UNDESIRED ECCENTRICITY OF THE NORMAL FORCE IS ALSO PLANNED. A CHECK IS TO BE CARRIED OUT TO SEE WHETHER THE EFFECT OF CREEP CAN BE APPROXIMATED BY TREATING THE CREEP DEFORMATION AS PRELIMINARY DEFORMATION, OR WHETHER MORE DETAILED STUDY HAS TO BE MADE OF THE CREEP. THE OBJECT OF THE WORK IS ALSO TO TRACK THE EFFECT OF UNDESIRED STIFFNESSES (TENSILE STRESSES IN THE CONCRETE, HIGHER MODULUS OF ELASTICITY THAN ALLOWED FOR, GREATER STRENGTH THAN ALLOWED FOR) ON THE DEFORMATION AND BEARING CAPACITY OF FRAME SYSTEMS.
