THROUGH COMPARISON WITH OTHER PARAMETERS OF THE ROAD (TRAFFIC FREQUENCY, LOADING AND FORMATION OF TRACKING RUTS, INFLUENCE OF THE WEATHER, SPREADING OF DE-ICING SALT AND INFLUENCE OF STEEL STUDS), BASIC DATA ON THE DURABILITY OF WEARING COURSES CAN BE DETERMINED, APART FROM THE ABRASION AND POLISHING WHICH OCCURS.
