DEPENDENCE OF SUBJECTIVELY FELT DRIVING COMFORT AND DYNAMIC WHEEL LOADS ON ROAD IRREGULARITIES

ABHAENGIGKEIT DES SUBJEKTIV EMPFUNDENEN FAHRKOMFORTS UND DER DYNAMISCHEN RADLASTEN VON STRASSENUNEBENHEITEN

THE THESIS CONCERNS THE EFFECT OF ROAD IRREGULARITIES AND SPEED ON COMFORT AND DYNAMIC WHEEL LOADS. MOVEMENTS OF THE VEHICLE STRUCTURE AND DYNAMIC WHEEL LOADS FOR THE MEASURED ROAD UNEVENNESS WERE DETERMINED BY MEANS OF A TWO DIMENSIONAL VIBRATION MODEL. A VEHICLE STRUCTURE SIMULATOR, PROGRAMMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DATA OBTAINED, FACILITATED SUBJECTIVE EVALUATION OF DRIVING COMFORT. THE COMFORT VALUE FOUND IS COMPARED WITH THE TRAFFICABILITY P USED HITHERTO.
