DEFLECTIONS AS AN INDICATOR OF FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT PERFORMANCE

DEFLECTION MEASUREMENTS ARE BEING MADE BY THE BENKELMAN BEAM TO EVALUATE THE STRENGTH AND LOAD-CARRYING CAPACITY OF FLEXIBLE PAVEMENTS.
