A COMPARISON IS MADE OF A STUDY BY PROFESSOR PEURIFOY WITH A FORMULA DEVELOPED BY MR. STANLEY RODIN FOR PREDICTING THE LOCATION OF MAXIMUM PRESSURE OF CONCRETE ON FRAMEWORK. THE FORMULA CONSIDERS THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT VARIABLES THAT AFFECT THE LATERAL PRESSURE, THAT OF TEMPERATURE AND RATE OF PLACEMENT.
