USE OF ADMIXTURES FOR IMPROVING THE PROPERTIES OF LIGHTWEIGHT POROUS AGGREGATE CONCRETES
EXPERIENCE IS REPORTED OF FACTORIES IN THE SOVIET UNION WHICH USE ADMIXTURES FOR IMPROVING THE PROPERTIES OF LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE MIX AS WELL AS FRESH AND HARDENED LIGHTWEIGHT POROUS AGGREGATES CONCRETES. EXAMPLES ARE GIVEN REVEALING THE RESULTS OF INVESTIGATIONS THAT CONFIRM A GREAT EFFICIENCY OF ADMIXTURES FOR PLASTICIZING LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE MIX, DECREASING OF VOLUME WEIGHT OF LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE, AND INCREASING ITS STRENGTH, FROST-RESISTANCE AND RESISTANCE TO CORROSIVE MEDIA. /CRIC/FESR/RRL/A/
