SOME INVESTIGATION OF MORTARS AND CONCRETE CONTAINING SURFACE ACTIVE AGENTS /IN FRENCH/

CEMENT MORTARS AND CONCRETES CONTAINING SURFACE ACTIVE AGENTS WHICH ARE AN INTERMEDIATE PRODUCT FROM THE FABRICATION OF CELLULOSE OUT OF STRAW HAVE BEEN TESTED. THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS FROM THE INVESTIGATION OF THREE TYPES OF CEMENT HAVE BEEN REPRESENTED. THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES HAVE BEEN STUDIED: COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH, TENSILE-STRENGTH, BENDING STRENGTH, SHRINKAGE, ELASTIC MODULUS, WATER- TIGHTNESS AND RESISTANCE TO FROST. IT HAS BEEN PROVED THAT THE SURFACE ACTIVE AGENT OFFERS ECONOMIES OF CEMENT AND IMPROVES THE WORKABILITY AND THE RESISTANCE TO FROST, WITHOUT WORSENING THE OTHER PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MORTARS AND CONCRETES. /CRIC/FESR/ LCPC/RRL/A/
