PROPERTIES OF LOW-POROSITY ALITE PASTE
ALITE PASTES HAVING AN INITIAL WATER-SOLID RATIO OF 0.25 AND HYDRATED FROM 6 HOURS TO 90 DAYS AT TEMPERATURES OF 5, 25 AND 50C WERE STUDIED. THE DEGREE OF HYDRATION, POROSITY, COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AND THE VOLUME CHANGES OF THE PASTES AS WELL AS THE LIME-SILICA RATIO OF THE HYDRATION PRODUCTS ARE DESCRIBED. /AUTHOR/
