Neue Regelwerke fuer Betonbauweisen / New regulations for concrete pavements

Seit Sommer 2008 sind erste neue Regelwerksteile fuer Betonbauweisen erschienen. In Kuerze werden auch die Arbeiten an den "Technischen Pruefvorschriften fuer Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln und Fahrbahndecken aus Beton" (TP Beton-StB) abgeschlossen, sodass der dritte und letzte Teil spaetestens zur neuen Bausaison vorliegt. Die fuer die Betonbauweise einschlaegigen Euronormen fuer Gesteinskoernungen und weitere inzwischen vorliegende nicht mandatierte Euronormen mussten in ein neues nationales Regelwerk umgesetzt werden. Die Neuherausgabe der Vorschriften fuer den Betonstrassenbau und die Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln hatte aber auch das Ziel, praktische Erfahrungen und aktuelle Erkenntnisse aus Forschungsvorhaben seit der Herausgabe der "Zusaetzliche Technische Vertragsbedingungen und Richtlinien fuer den Bau von Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln und Fahrbahndecken aus Beton" (ZTV Beton-StB 01) in das Regelwerk aufzunehmen. Mit dem neuen Regelwerk werden alle Regelungen fuer hydraulisch gebundene Bauweisen zu einem Vorschriftenwerk zusammengefuehrt. Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln und Fahrbahndecken aus Beton sind jetzt in einem Regelwerk zu finden. Die Abgrenzung der Regelwerke erfolgt jetzt produktbezogen, zum Beispiel nach der hydraulischen Bindung der Schicht. Das neue Regelwerk gliedert sich in: "Technische Lieferbedingungen fuer Baustoffe und Baustoffgemische fuer Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln und Fahrbahndecken aus Beton" (TL Beton-StB 07), ZTV Beton-StB 07 und "Technische Pruefvorschriften fuer Baustoffe und Baustoffgemische und die fertige Leistung von Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln und Fahrbahndecken aus Beton" (TP Beton-StB 07). (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The first sections of the new regulation on concrete pavements were published in the summer 2008 of this year. Work on the "Technical testing regulations for construction materials and construction material mixtures and finished works involving bases with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements" (TP Beton-StB) will soon be completed. This means that the third and final part of this regulation will be available in time for the start of the new construction season. European standards for mineral aggregates that are relevant for concrete pavements and other existing non-mandated European standards had to be transposed into a new national set of regulations. However, the standards and specifications for concrete pavements and bases with hydraulic binders were also revised with a view to integrating into the new regulation practical experience and research findings that have been gained since the publication of ZTV Beton-StB 01. This new regulation brings together all regulations relating to hydraulically bound bases in a single regulation. Bases with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements are now covered by a single regulation. The delineation between the regulations is now based on products, e. g., on the hydraulic binding of the course. The new regulation is divided into three sections "Technical conditions of delivery for construction materials and construction material mixtures for bases with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements" (TL Beton-StB 07), "Additional technical conditions of contract and directives for the construction of bases with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements" (ZTV Beton-StB 07) and "Technical testing regulations for construction materials and construction material mixtures and finished works involving bases with hydraulic binders and concrete pavements" (TP Beton-StB 07).
