DTI / WRAP research

This article describes the initial projects undertaken by the UK Waste and Resources Action Programme, funded by the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund. These projects include: the impacts of planning controls on recycled and secondary aggregates; whole life costs of recycled and secondary aggregates; new materials in highways infrastructure; supply chain barriers to the use of recycled and secondary aggregates in construction; and using secondary and recycled aggregates in construction - a SCiP workshop.
