Research on Highway Construction Technology in the Permafrost Region of China
The domestic and oversea studies about permafrost were analyzed and summarized. Four observation scenes, five observation stations, more than 100 observation sections and one bridge pole foundation experiment field of north China, which locate at the Xing jiang-Tibet highway, the westen of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, the Qinghai-Tibet highway, the abdomen of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, at the Qingkang highway, the easten of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, were observed over 30 years and more than 2 million data of different periods were obtained. The permafrost engineering theories, the methods for survey and design, the engineering stabilization measurements, the permafrost engineering diseases defending and maintaining and the engineering life- span ensuring, and the environment protection and employee life-health guaranteeing for high-cold oxygen shortage environment were systematically studied.
