A POST PROJECT EVALUATION OF THE COLUMBUS ALCOHOL SAFETY ACTION PROGRAM. SECTION IV, VOLUME 2
The Institute of Government at the University of Georgia is under contract to the city of Columbus to assist them in a post-operative evaluation of the city's Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP). During the active years of the ASAP project the Institute of Government had also served the city of Columbus as project evaluator. This report contains the findings and analysis for the second year of the post project period.
