Design and Implementation of Traffic Control Management Synthesized Database Based On UTC/SCOOT

UTC/SCOOT is a widely used traffic control system. Huge volume of useful information is generated but not stored or analyzed. A database is designed and implemented to support the Traffic Control Management System based on UTC/SCOOT.
