METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS COMMUTER CONNECTIONS TDM ANALYSIS REPORT: COMPILATION OF FOUR QUARTERLY PLACEMENT SURVEYS 2000-2002
This document provides results of an analysis of commuter transportation assistance services offered by the Commuter Connections program of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) to commuters and employers in the Washington, DC region. This report estimates transportation and air quality impacts of Commuter Connections' services. Data for this analysis were collected in 2000 and 2001 through four telephone surveys, each of 700 respondents randomly selected from the applicant database. The surveys collected data for the following quarters: January 1 through March 31, 2000; July 1 through September 30, 2000; April 1 through June 30, 2001; and October 1 through December 31, 2001.
