TRANSPORTATION EMISSION REDUCTION MEASURE (TERM) ANALYSIS REPORT FY 2000-2002
This document provides results of an evaluation of four transportation emission reduction measures (TERMs), voluntary transportation demand management (TDM) measures implemented by the Commuter Connections program to support the Washington, DC metropolitan region's air quality conformity determination between July 1, 1999 and June 30, 2002. The TERMs were implemented to improve regional air quality by reducing single occupancy vehicle use. Specific program evaluation results are included for the Employer Outreach, Employer Outreach for Bicycling, Guaranteed Ride Home, Integrated Ridesharing and the Metropolitan Telework Resource Center TERMs, as well as the Commuter Operations Center.
