TRAVEL BY PEOPLE OF REDUCED MOBILITY
This paper examines the differences in personal mobility between disabled people with access to suitable transport and those without it. It considers the reasons why disabled people stop using public transport and goes on to suggest ways in which mainstream public transport could be improved to meet the needs of disabled passengers and many other able-bodied travellers as well.
