BEHAVIOR OF EPOXY ADHESIVES FOR REPAIR & REHABILITATION OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES UNDER EXTREME TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENTS

This paper presents results from a pilot experimental study that evaluated the behavior of structural adhesives under extreme temperature conditions. The proposed method can be utilized on site as an inspection and evaluation tool for structural adhesive properties, especially for applications related to concrete repair and rehabilitation. All adhesives were tested under both ambient and extreme temperatures. Conclusions and discussion on the effect of extreme temperatures on the strength of structural adhesives are also provided.
