TENSILE PROPERTIES OF PULTRUDED FRP LAMINATES
The purpose of this paper is to predict the tensile properties of pultruded FRP laminates based on the rule of mixtures for practical use. Since material properties of on the pultruded FRPs have not been frequently obtained yet, it is necessary to obtain them, including tensile properties. The paper reviews the determination of experience factor by comparing the measured values and calculating values based on the rule of the mixtures. The experience factor was determined for both the tensile elastic modulus and the tensile strength of the pultrusion direction.
