GUIDELINES FOR GRAPHIC REPRESENTATION TO FACILITATE PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT
The project-study will develop a methodology for displaying and combining different aspects of intermodal thought so that laypersons may be able to partake in the discussion in a meaningful way. The project will develop step-by-step guidelines for creating and organizing a web-based forum and accompanying graphics to increase the levels of public involvement and understanding of intermodal issues in the community; in particular, the integration of pedestrian and bicycular paths with other modes of transportation.
