A SYSTEM OF DISCRIMINATION OF THE ROAD CONDITION BY MEANS OF IMAGE PROCESSING

This paper presents a method for determining road condition by suing image processing. The method is designed to reduce undesirable effects caused by passing vehicles and weather changes.
