BLUEPRINT FOR HYDROGEN FUEL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

This Blueprint is based on a workshop held October 1999. A question was asked at the workshop: What must be done today to implement a hydrogen fuel infrastructure so that when hydrogen vehicles are available in 3 to 5 years, the infrastructure for on-board use of hydrogen will be available? The workshop then focused on near-term direct hydrogen systems with on-board hydrogen storage. This report presents a consenus of the participants on the desirable attributes of a hydrogen fuel infrastructure.
