ELECTRONIC DISSEMINATION OF RETROFIT QUALIFICATION DATA

This report contains the CD-ROM developed for disseminating data obtained in a program initiated by the Calfornia Department of Transportation (Caltrans) which focused on the evaluation and qualification of advanced composite materials for seismic retrofit and rehabilitation of structures. The report also describes the construction of a related web site, including its organization, data collection methodology, and importation of the data into the web site.
