SMITHFIELD-LIBERTY PARKING GARAGE HELIX RAMP PRESENTS UNIQUE CHALLENGES
This article discusses several aspects of a unique concrete parking structure rehabilitation project undertaken in 1997 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It is intended to provide useful information about issues that must be considered when undertaking the rehabilitation of a concrete structure. Also discussed are issues related to the past, present and future of concrete parking structure rehabilitation.
