INCIDENT PREDICTION BY FUZZY IMAGE SEQUENCE ANALYSIS

In this paper, an incident prediction system that is capable of detecting abnormal behavior or vehicles is proposed. Using image processing and fuzzy logic theory, this system can predict an incident based on the " Behavioral Abnormality" obtained by using certain features. The algorithm is applied to some scenes in which an incident happened and its effect is shown.
