PERFORMANCE REPORT ON MONTREAL'S 1992 VERY THIN OVERLAY PROGRAM (INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR IMPLEMENTING AND PRODUCING HIGH-PERFORMANCE ROAD SURFACES)

This paper was presented at the 'Innovative Solutions for Material and Construction Issues' session. This paper briefly describes the tendering and analysis process undertaken by the City of Montreal for all its programs and then discusses in particular the results of the very thin overlay program of 1992.
