INFORMATION ROUTIERE PAR RDS-TMC : ANALYSE DES TRAVAUX MENES A L'INRETS-LEOST DE 1994 A 1997 [RDS-TMS HIGHWAY INFORMATION : ANALYSIS OF WORK PERFORMED AT INRETS-LEOST FROM 1994 TO 1997]

This report focuses on road information transmitted by t he Radio Data Systems Traffic Message Channel (RDS-TMC). It looks at the global information chain, the collection of data, its diffusion by RDS-TMC its reception, the continuity of information , and the interoperability and continuity of RDS-TMC services. The objective of this report is to propose a synthesis of works performed on the theme of the information broadcasted by RDS-TMC, to present the measurement methodology used and the different results obtained.
