CALCULATING METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION DELAY COST CLAIM IN CHINA

Based on the stability of construction items and ratios in China, absorbing the method in international projects which is fit for Chinese practice,the paper simplifies complicated conditions and analyzes the relationshipbetween delay time and cost items and offers a calculation model for delay cost claim, so the problems can be resolved quickly.
