UPDATES TO FLORIDA'S LEVEL OF SERVICE MANUAL AND GENERALIZED TABLES. FINAL REPORT

This report summarizes the activities and products of a project that produced an updated version of Florida's Level of Service Manual and Generalized Tables. The principal product was a draft of the updated manual, which has been subsequently published in final form. Other products included implementation software, training materials, and a CD-ROM based version of the draft document as a multimedia demonstration. The final report also includes 14 working papers presenting the results of studies conducted in support of the recommended changes to the manual.
