A NEW TARIFF FOR THE HUMBER
This paper describes how close co-operation between tug owners, crew, pilots and ship owners has led to the foundation of a new fleet of tugs for the River Humber in the Uk, backed up by a new system of tariffs. However there is a warning that the solution to their specific problem may not apply to other ports.
