NEW SPEED GOVERNORS FOR MARINE PRIME MOVERS

This paper presents a new generation of electrohydraulic speed governors, intended for marine application. Particular emphasis was made on showing the flexibility and extensibility of the system architecture as well as new ideas introduced by the new governors to speed control engineering.
