SOME RECENT TRENDS IN HUMAN FACTORS TESTING

Three recent Army policy decisions have altered traditional concepts of human factors testing. Test data now need to account for the performance of the soldier in a system. This paper explores how such data may be used and the expanded role of the contractor in collecting them.
