DEVELOPMENT OF A PROGRAM FOR CALCULATING WELDED JOINTS
A program intended to enable the design engineer to determine the strength of welded joints rapidly and reliably has been developed. Tensile, compressive, shear and biaxial bending and torsion stresses are determined under static and dynamic leads for weld seams in different constructions. Butt joints and connections of structural parts of arbitrary cross-section can be calculated with the existing program version. The results can be illustrated on a screen or printed out.
