THE BEHAVIOUR OF LNG VAPOUR CLOUDS: WIND-TUNNEL SIMULATION OF 40 CUM LNG SPILL TESTS AT CHINA LAKE NAVAL WEAPONS CENTER, CALIFORNIA

This report is in microfiche form. Wind-tunnel transient concentration data has been obtained from modelling tests which reproduced the gaseous dispersion obtained from a number of LNG spill tests in which the quantity spilled was 40 cum or less. lt is concluded that wind tunnel tests provide a reliable means of predicting the effects of large-volume LNG spills.
