VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN PASADENA
One analysis of the benefits arising from Pasadena's ATMS program estimates yearly savings from reduced congestion of around US$4.9 million. The heart of the program incorporates color CCTV cameras used to monitor locations which are especially prone to congestion during special events at the world famous Rose Bowl outdoor stadium.
